Terms and Conditions and our refund policy

Whilst attending Toddler and Me, you agree and accept the following:

1)Your child is fit and healthy to participate in a toddler class

2)Appropriate clothing and foot wear must be worn whilst attending classes. We can not be responsible for any staining to clothing.

3) Payments for classes are due before the class commences and all sessions booked in Half-Term blocks must be paid in advance. Any classes, not attended, that have been paid for, will not be refunded or discounted from the block payment, nor can these be moved or re-arranged for any P-A-Y-G sessions either.

4) Your child is your sole responsibility during the session and In the unlikely event that your child is injured, as a result of an incident during class, you agree that any appropriate treatment should be administered.

5) Photographs, Video recordings along with mobile phone camera images and recording's, will be taken during class time. This media will be used on various social media platforms and on our website. If you DO NOT wish for photos to be taken of your child - This MUST be disclosed at the beginning of each session. Please ensure you take photos of your child ONLY, unless gained consent from parents for the other children in your shot. 

6) A free play at Panda-monium is only available to those who have paid and taken part in the Toddler and Me class - this free play is only available, subject to table availability, once the session has concluded (This is a privilege not a right which we have to stress)

Its Party Time!  

Our Party/event terms and conditions are as follows and you agree and accept:

1) Our bespoke party packages require a non-refundable deposit of £50.00 on booking. With the remaining balance to be cleared 24 hours before the event takes place.

2) We require 2 weeks notice before the event takes place.

3) All children attending must be fit and healthy to participate. 

4) On occasion we may use food sources such as Fruit/Vegetables/Cereals/Grains/Flour etc. for our Tuff tray substrates - Any dietary requirements must be disclosed on booking. 

5) As per the above (4) we may also use paints, craft materials inclusive of pens, pencils, glue, glitter etc a ground sheet will be provided, however we cannot be made responsible for any damages caused to your home/venue. We will do our up most to keep mess under control!

6) All children are the responsibility  of the event hosts/parents and in the unlikely event that your child is injured, as a result of an incident during our session, you agree that any appropriate treatment should be administered.

7) If balloons have been ordered, these can be delivered the evening before by prior arrangement, this must be discussed on booking and all address details need to be disclosed. Keeping the Magic alive will be informed of your order and payment for balloons will be added to your overall price and the outstanding total must be cleared as stated above.

8) All guest numbers need to be confirmed on booking when deposit is paid, we are flexible and understand that things can change, so we allow numbers to be amended up to 3 days prior to the event. This is to ensure we have enough equipment for all your guests and if Sweet bags have been ordered, that there is one for every child attending.

Please ensure you take photos of your child ONLY, unless gained consent from parents for the other children in your shot. 

10) You must have Fun and accept mess is a must - The nature of our parties/event are to ensure your guests have a memorable and a super fun time - Therefore we work hard to plan and execute each party/event to a very high standard. We pride ourselves on the work we do, so please join in and don;t be afraid to look silly. After all we were all little people once!
