Meet Abbie
My passion for all things Toddler began when my first son was born in 2018. Wanting to be the best parent I could be, I started learning Macaton to be able to communicate with him. I began learning more and more about his development and milestones and this sent me on a mission.
Being a first time mum, I would stress that my son wasn't hitting his milestones at the same point as other toddlers, I soon learnt that child development is so individual, that no one child is the same. I want to share what I have learnt with other parents alike and provide a safe environment, with no judgement for us all to share our experiences, meet new people and thrive in this crazy parenting world.
'After all, Im just a parent doing this for other parents, in the hope they can feel more confident in the amazing job they are already doing!'
(Abbie is Insured, educated to degree level, has an enhanced DBS certifictate and is Paediactric First Aid and Safe Guarding Trained so you can rest assured your child is in the best hands)
An Extra Mention - Silhouette Dance School
Toddler and me provides your child with the building blocks to help with their confidence, musicality and movement but if your child should want to be the next ballerina or street dancer on the big stage please contact Meg at Silhouette dance School for more information on how she can help make this happen. Abbie teaches Dance classes for Meg also during the week and they have worked closely together, from the initial idea of starting this group right up until the present day. They have worked on making sure the movement:play ratio is right for your toddler during these sessions.
