Meet Abbie,
the Heart and Mind behind Toddler and Me LTD! ✨
As Owner, Director, and a busy mum of four, Abbie’s passion for early years education runs deep. She knows that no two children are the same, which is why she treats child development as a uniquely individual journey.
What started as an idea scribbled on a piece of paper back in 2023 has blossomed into a thriving community!
Abbie began running toddler classes in 2023, introduced baby groups in 2025 after the birth of her fourth child in December 2024, and officially registered as a Limited Company in February 2025 also. By June of that year, she opened her very first childminding premises in Buildwas as a fully registered Ofsted childminder.
This September, Abbie is embarking on her biggest challenge yet as Toddler and Me LTD gear up to open their very own daycare setting in Grindle, Shifnal! Enabling Abbie and her growing team to support so many more families from our Beautiful rural premises across Shropshire.
Combining her parenting knowledge with home-away-from-home childcare, Abbie delivers a gold-standard experience for local Shropshire families. "It’s been a journey of pure determination and hard work thus far," she reflects, "but worth every single moment. It is literally the best job in the world!"

Abbie is degree-educated, enhanced DBS checked, and a licensed chaperone. She acts as our Designated Safeguarding Lead and is fully trained in Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding, Level 2 Food Hygiene, and Allergen Awareness.

We are incredibly fortunate to have had Amy as part of our Toddler and Me family since Autumn 2025!
Amy’s early years career began in baby rooms, where her deep passion for making a long-lasting difference inspired her to pursue a teaching degree. She successfully qualified as a Primary School Teacher in 2012. Bringing a wealth of knowledge and an expert understanding of the EYFS framework, Amy is dedicated to encouraging and nurturing your little ones at every stage of their unique learning journeys.
First and foremost, Amy is a devoted partner and a proud mum to two young girls. She is educated to degree level, with extensive early years and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) experience underpinning her impressive career.
You can feel entirely confident that your children are receiving the absolute best care. We are so excited to have Amy’s expertise and warmth in our growing childcare family!
